02/11/07 		Lad, all these foods are covered in the planning for 100 section and the can size table is also complete (it contains about 12 1/2 cups). You will end up with the right amountof meats if you don't have RSVP counts, if you allow 5 ounces edible cooked beef PLUS 3 ounces cooked chicken per person.
