Aubecq Pans

02/18/07 		I just bought a new LG flat top stove - love it. But we had to buy all new cookware with flat bottoms so that they would work well. Bought the Lagostina Academy 5 ply copper lined pots and 3 of the Aubecq fry pans of varying sizes. They are all awesome! The Aubecq cleans well and cooks great. And they are really not too expensive. The Lagostina cost a lot but cook evenly - not burning stuff is a feat for our family.
