Sides for BBQ

02/22/07 		I'm having a BBQ where we'll have various meats available - our cook insists on at least a pound per person, so I'll know there will be PLENTY of meat.
With it I'm serving potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans and bread. If I buy one gallon of each side will that be enough?
