How many burgers..how many dogs??

02/27/07 		I'm self-catering a wedding reception for 70 and planning a very casual buffet-style cookout at 4:00PM. The menu consists of hamburgers and hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans, corn on the cob and fruit salad, and, of course, wedding cake. I think I have my quantities pretty well nailed down for the side items and the cake, but not sure how many hamburgers and hot dogs I should count on. I don't want to end up with not enough burgers and too many dogs, or vice versa. How do you know how many of each to count on??? HELP!!

02/28/07 		Allow 1 each per person. You will have some left, but enough of each. Cosider Polish sausage instead of dogs, more grown up and tasty, and hold better.
