03/02/07 		Hi Ellen, Thank you very much for all your okara recipes. I learnt a lot. I baked the soy clusters and okara cookies yesterday which my two kids love it very much. They are really delicious. But the cookies are not crisy enough so can I add some more spoonfuls of baking soda into the mixture. Thanks again.

03/03/07 		Soda will make it bitter, not crispy. Try toasting the okara. and try cooking the cookies longet. Also, a bit more fat will make them crisper. You can also stir in rice krispoes for crunch.
