03/13/07 		is it possible to make brownies(regular box kind) with frosting a couple weeks in advance,freeze and thaw just before a party

03/15/07 		Yes, but they will taste better if you frost when they come out of the freezer and if you thaw in the refrigerator. Do NOT overcook- take out and cool and freeze just as soon as they are done.
