Ellen this coming Sunday The Finance Comitee will have our anual fund raise and we agree to sell this time a fish plate wich will consist of two pieces of fry fish with french fries and green beans and I would like to know how much fries bags and green beans gallons we need to buy to sell at least 400 plates.

03/27/07 		This is a tough meal to have tasty because nothing can be done ahead, fried food doesn't hold well and the oil for frying this much fish is expensive. At least consider using potato or mac salad and slaw instead of fries.

You need at least 160 pounds of fish and 160 pounds of fries for 400 plates. You need about 4 gallons of green beans for each 100 plates.
