Baked Potato Cutting Tool Question

04/08/07 		Hi. I'm preparing a potato bar for church on Sunday. I was wondering if anyone knows what tool restaurants (Wendy's, Arby's, etc) use to make the "X" shape cut into the potato to hold toppings. I know I could use a knife, but I'm looking for something a little easier. Thanks for any input!
