can i make meatballs ahead of time. can i freeze them. how do I pack them .. how long can I keep them in the freezer thanks. |

Yes. Freeze in a flat single layer on cookie sheets, then tranfer to freezer ziplock baggies, pressing out as much air as possible. Reheat in sauce or gravy. Keep 3-6 months if rozen solid. |
