hello i work in a kitchen for a local bar, we had an event planned for the 20th of may this year. the person purchasing and planning the event has been fired and now it has fallen into my hands. HELP!!!! here is the menu, pulled pork, hotdogs and burgers, pasta and potatoe salad with coleslaw, there are already 300 people holding tickets and tickets will also be sold at the door the day of the event so i am adding an additional 100 people for a food count rather be safe than sorry. if you can help before that date great, i have taken a couple of your recepies as well as your portion chart and did some calculations, i would like to confirm my figures before shopping on friday thanks cin

I would allow 1 pound raw boneless shoulder pork for each 3 persons. Or if ordered cooked, 1 pound for each 4 persons. I don't see any figures to check?
