I am trying really hard to find some good reps. for my 5 year old daughter who has Autism. She is a picky eater and I told everyone I will start her on the diet in 1 month from yesterday. I need to get everything prepared a head of time so that it's less stressfull for everyone. Does anyone have any good reps.? Thank you, Lori |

Firest of all, thank you for being willing to make this effort on your child's behalf. It is a tough change, and you will have to stick with it for a month or more before you begin to see changes, but the majority of families who try this do report some change/ improvement in their family members. You will have the biggest success if your whole family is willing to try it for a month or more- nothing harmful in this diet, it is just a change, andf it is easier for the affected child if the rest of the family isn't eating things they can't have. So sit dopwn with the other eaters and think about what you like and how to replace breads, etc. Do it together. Here are several GREAT gluten-free sites:
