Chef's Choice Knife Sharpener 120

02/02/04 		Help!! I would like to purchase a good knife sharpener. I have read mostly good reviews about the chef's choice model 120. But I have also read a couple of bad ones. Does anyone have any personal experience with this sharpener? I don't wan't to invest over $100 on this sharpener if it doesn't perform well. Are there any other worthy knife sharpeners out there. Thanks for your help.
