Ellen's Kitchen Matt and Kathy's Better Green Bean Casserole serves 60
5 to 6 9x13 pans

2 #10 cans well drained green beans, French preferred, or short cuts
1 #10 can well drained oriental stir fry veggies, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, mushrooms, etc
1 family size can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 cans crunchy French fried onions for the topping
2-3 cups blanched sliced almonds for the topping

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix the vegetables and soup.
Layer into baking pans which have been heavily sprayed with non-stick spray.
Mix the onions and almonds. Sprinkle the topping evenly, allowing about 1 cup per 9x13 pan.
Bake until hot and bubbly all though- may be 30-60 min, depending upon depth in the pans.
Stays tasty on the buffet table until it's gone which will be soon.
