I am in search of a book or website that will give me a list of pan sizes, preferably hotel pan sizes and how much each pan yields. Thank you

how much hamburger would i need to make tacos for 120 people at 2 tacos each.

About 40 pounds raw. You only end up with 4 ounces cooked per person, and that is about right for 2 tacos. You will need less if you also serve rice and beans with the tacos.
