6 qt Nesco roaster lost manual

I lost the manual I need to know a few things please i want to cook a boston butt for about 40 people how much would i need? how long to cook and at what temp? do i leave the rack in when i cook? Do you have a recipe you can give me? Thanks for all your help

For 40 people, you need an 18 quart roaster and about 20 pounds of boneless butt. Go to the Nesco site and download the manuals.

Thanks so much for the info. I did download the manaul. I have two more questions since I already have a 6qt what would be the most pork butt i can cook in it? also do you suggest using the rack when cooking the pork butt?

Is this for pulled pork? If so, simmer it, not roast.
I would do 1 but at a time and do 4-5 batches. Pulled pork is fine made ahead, frozen and reheated.

Can you please tell me how long it takes to cook 10lbs of pork butt for bbq at 200 degress
