i having a party about 50 people. do you think 9lbs of roast beef 6lbs of roast pork 3lbs hot ham plus sides would be enough. it's an all day party staring around 3pm i just want to have enogh food

I like to allow at least 1 pound ready to eat for each three people, and if there are several choices, most people eat close to 1/2 pound each. That is what I would plan on for an all day party. Also, you need bout 60% (close to 2/3) roast beef if this is a typical crowd- and be sure to have plenty of good bread/rolls and some real butter.
