Lacrosse clinic
bill
06/10/08
We are having a lacrosse clinic for 100-125 boys and girls grades 3-10. We are serving hot dogs, hamburgers, ketchup, mustard, and making coolers of lemonade and iced tea from mixes. What quantities do I need of burgers, dogs, condiments, drink mixes, and paper goods?

Thanks.

See the sandwich event page for condiments etc; beverage planning page; 2 plates per course and 2 forks and two cups, for each person; about 4 napkins.
Have 1 ir 2 packs of veggie burgers, you will have some non-meat kids and adults.

If you post your estimates I will be glad to check them for you. If the kids will be playing and therefore hungry, count 3 to 7th grade as 1 per person, and each 3 8-10 graders as 4 people.

If you serve minicarrots and grape tomatoes with ranch dressing they will get eaten and many kids and parents will thank you for this addition. You want about 2-3 ounces total veggies per person.
