My father in law's birthday bbq will be at my house. We are expecting approx.50-60 people. The menu is going to be:
Shrimp Cocktail
Antipasto Pasta Salad
Caesar Salad
Chicken Thighs
Sausage and Peppers
Beef Tenderloin
I need some help with quantities and serving the tenderloin without being behind the grill the whole time.

Bill, if it is a summer meal, what about grilled, chilled tenderloin? Then casserole your chicken with some rice or red wine and have time to enjoy the party.
You want 3-4 ounces shelled shrimp per person plus 1/4 cup sauce per person. I think you asked about the pasta salad- start with 3 to 3 1/2 pounds dry pasta.
You want 1 pound raw tenderloin per 3-4 people PLUS 1 pound boneless raw chicken per 4 people PLUS 2-3 ounces sausage per person for your meat totals.
If you figure your list and post it, I will check it for you.
