I'm serving a selection of ground beef for tacos, marinated grilled chicken (cut in strips), and marinated flank (also in strips) for a group of about 50...(various ages)....kind of a taco bar buffet (make your own, hard and soft tacos shells with all the fixins)...any suggestion as to how much of each meat I should prepare?
thanks

You want 6-7 ounces total cooked ready to eat meats per person for party level meats. That is about 9 ounces raw boneless. I would probably do 1/2 flank steak, 1/3 chicken and the remaining bit burger. Not many folks are likely to choose the burger, if it is adults.
