Fresh fruit salad for 175

I am wondering the quantities needed for a fresh fruit sald for 175 people. I am using strawberries, red grapes, green grapes, watermelon, honeydew melon, blueberries, and pineapple. Could I use drained, canned pineapple, or would fresh be better. How much of each fruit do I need? Much thanks for any information you can give.

Fresh is always best for fruit trays. Suggest you look at the fruit tray for 25 in the fruit tray article, get 7 times that amount for 175. Fruit trays waste less, are easier to prepare and serve, and hold up better than fruit salad for large groups.
