2 meats for 300

I am serving a wedding for approx. 300 we are serving baked ham (boneless) and roast beef.
How much of each? I looked at the big pot section, but am not sure about how I should divide up the amount needed for each meat half and half or more of one over the other?

With these two meats, , party buffet service, catering generally allows 5 ounces cooked ready to eat beef PLUS 3 ounces ready to eat ham per person. That is about 3 pounds raw boneless beef for 7 people PLUS 1 pound boneless ham for each four people. This allows everyone their first choice and you are unlikely to run out of either.
