For this group, you need a recipe that makes about 11-12 9x13 pans, depending on your side dishes and whether it is buffet service.
However, there are huge variations in tuna casserole, from basic cream soup-peas-flat noodles with or without cheese, through all kinds of pasta, to Tex mex and chinese and tomato sauces, and on to rice or potatoes instead of pasta. I have over 80 different recipes. Do you have a particular variation in mind?

Jeanette, as I told Linda, I need some indication what kinds (flavors) of recipes you are looking for; tetrazini, mushroom soup, etc. In the meantime, go to the army quartermaster search link about half way down big pots and enter tuna to get the link to the basic military kitchen recipe for 100. It is a secure server and it is safe to override your browser security (pop-ups about certificates) if you need to.
