I am thinking about making Sloppy Joe's for my son's birthday party. We will have about 25 mouths to feed and I'm not sure how much meat to make. I'm guessing about 4 or 5 lbs. Any suggestions?

Jean, if that is cooked, ready to eat, it will make 36 large or about 48 regular sandwiches, or about 30 plates.
