cheesy hashbrown casseerole
Hi Ellen,
I hope you can help me I have a recipe for this casserole I am making it for my Grandmother's 75th Surprise birthday tomorrow I am wondering how to increase the recipe to serve 100 people. Here's the recipe:

30 oz. of hashbrowns
1 small can of cream of chicken
2 cups of sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

The idea is to mix the ingredients together and then spread in a 13x9x2 pan. I'm wondering also about how to bake this as well I think if you increse a recipe to serving 100 you would increase baking time as well right? Baking time for this recipe is 45 min at 350 until bubbly around the edges. To help me Im using a electric roaster 8 quarts. Thank you for your help.
