Please!! There must be someone out there in the land of millions of internet users who has one of these and knows a site where I can get a user manual and recipes. Please. Like the other messager, I too moved and lost the manual and now my stove oven is broke and I would like to use this appliance but am too intimidated to just go cold turkey. Would some kind soul please be willing to help. Thanks

I used a Farberware counter top convection oven for years in a similar situation. The recipes for any convection oven will work.
The Home Trends is basically the same model is the galloping gourmet convection oven or the decosonic. You can get the manual here:
