How many pounds of chicken
Dian 10/23/09	I am making lasagna and chicken alfredo for a wedding party of 350 can you tell me how many pounds of diced chicken I will need for the alfredo sauce?? Wedding is at 5:00 eating around 6:00.
ellen 10/23/09	Cooked boneless skinless chicken, 1 pound is 2 cups. I would allow 1/3 to 1/2 cup per serving.
