michelle

I am doing a relish tray for a wedding and have been searching for something unique and different that everyone will think is really different and good??? I'm doing the pickle rolls, stuffed celery, deviled eggs and alot of stuff you have on your relish tray site. I'm wondering if you have some ideas?? Wrapped, rolled, stuffed???
Thank You

Dates wrapped in bacon and crisped under the broiler. Pickled okra. Blanched tiny whole green beans or asparagus tied in tiny bundles with green onion stems. cherry tomatoes or tiny boiled new potatoes cored and stuffed with caviar or fish roe. Artichoke heart bruschetta. Tiny baby artichokes, boiled, chilled, cored and stuffed. Mushroom caps stuffed with crab cake mix or spinach souffle mix and run under the broiler.
