HELP ! I need to know how much for 175
cake, nut, pickles, veggies, fruit, (dips for veggies & fruits),
cheese & crackers, cheese balls, chips & dips & gallons of punch.

Sue, did you check out the tables? All these foods are covered. Use 1 3/4 times the amount for 100. Look at the buttons at the top of the main cooktalk page for:
fruit trays
veggie trays
appetizers
beverage planner
dessert buffet
When you have made your estimates, post them and I will be glad to check them for you.
