Hi, I am planning a graduation texmex picnic for 120 people. I am having tacos (chicken and beef), pasta salad, fruit salad and brownie sundies. I need to know how much pasta salad and how much fruit salad to make. Thank you very much !

Pasta salad from 7 about 8 pounds dry pasta. Fruit trays keep better and are more usable afterwords than fruit salad. and quantities for both are discussed in detail on the fruit tray page.
