Power outage with Chicken in Crockpot

Hello everyone!
At 10 this morning I started BBQ Pulled Chicken in the Crock pot on low. I put a layer of onion, 1 pound of chicken on that, and completely covered it with homemade BBQ sauce. At 11 AM, the power went out! It was out for about an hour. Is the chicken still OK, or should I toss it? How long can it be in there with the power out before it goes bad?
Thanks in advance!

Sorry, but in 1 hour, it probably had not reached a safe temp to endure the hold. I would not eat or serve it.
If it had fully cooked and was hot to the bone it could go 2 hours safely. This was not hot enough.
