We want to do a fund raiser and use shish-la-bobs. What can be served with them? We plan to do meat with veggies, shrimp with cherries and fruit ka-bobs. Should we offer any sides or just what is on the sticks?
You need a rice pilaf and at least 1 hot veggie- I would do 2, it cuts down on the meat.
Are you thinking of putting one of each on each plate?
Are you selling plates, is it a sit down thing, or will it be self service buffet? that affects the amounts.
