Hello! I am having my daughter's first bday party at a park. We are planning burgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, potato wedges. How much of each would be a good estimate? Thanks so much!!

This is what I would do; 1 burger per person including the kids. about 3 dozen hot dogs. 15 pounds of potato wedges. For the pasta salad, you want to start with about 2 1/2 pounds dry pasta. Sandwich fixings are on the sandwich page, use a little less than half the amount for 100.
