i need a turkey to feed 30 people,about 1 pound per person. how many pounds should the turkey be and how much should i charge them. thanks.....

I would do 2 16 pound turkeys. You do NOT want to cook a 30 pound turkey.
Charge? Caterers charge about 3-4 times the cost of the food, depending on whether they serve or just drop off, sliced vs whole, etc.
