I have a 2008 kitchenaid oven with a ceramic cook top. We left a container of raspberries on the cold stove top. Our 95# Lab-golden retreiver mix tried to get them and somehow turn the stove top on. The plastic container the raspberries were in melted into a hard mass on the burner. does anyone have any idea how I might clean this?

It is amazing what can happen!
scrap off as much as you can, turn it to the lowest possible heat to warm, then carefully scrape and scrape. Repeat as often as needed till clear. Don't use it till the plastic is off.
