Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce for 175

I would like to serve this pasta (side dish) along with Bar-B Q- Chicken breasts, salad ,Bread etc. to 175. I need help with the how to's! Can 18qt electric roasters be used? I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks Much, Maureen

Yes 18 quart roasters can be used, but this is 3-4 roasters' worth. Did you read the spaghetti/pasta page for cooking and reheating advice and see the Alfredo style sauce for 100? It also guides how much pasta for side dish vs. main dish servings. Have a go at the article, and write back if you need to.
