I am planning on serving baked potatoes to 60 men at a steak barbeque at a fishing tournament we are all attending. I was hoping to partially precook the potatoes, in order to cut down on the cooking time. What would you recommend if I want to precook on Saturday, for a Tues night barbeque. I plan on having plenty of toppings available to offset the potatoes partially drying out.

NO! Do not precook partially. NOT safe. See the potato bar recipe for how to cook ahead same day.
