Im making the food for my daughters wedding, planning on having meatballs, chicken salad, and pulled pork. Sides will be potato salad, macaroni salad and baked beans. How much do I need of each to accomodate 160 people, adults as well as children. More adults. How many rolls will I need

You need some appetizers, especially if children will attend, and I might put the meatballs on the appetizer table, 1 pound per 5. If served as part of the meal, 1 pound per 4.
Make the amount of chicken salad for 160 by making 1 2/3 times the amount for reception level on plan for 100.
Have 1 pound ready to eat park per 4.
Have two medium or 1 1/2 large rolls per person. Have 1 1/12 times the amount of sandwich condiments for 100, see the sandwich fixings on the sandwich page.
