Hi! I am having a bbq wedding for approx 100 people, could be 90. We are thinking of having chick legs, burgers, and future hubbys famous ribs. Along with some heavy sides and fruit skewers. How much do yo think I would need for the meat? Thank you for your help :)

Future hubby's ribs will be the piece de resistance- thing you need the most of.
Per each person:
1/2-3/4 pound raw ribs
1 piece of chicken
1/2 burger
Do fruit trays, not skewers; look better, taste fresher, easier to prep and store and the leftovers are more usable.
Other sides, just use the plan for 100 tables.
