I am thinking that we will have about 200 people to serve around 11pm. I am thinking roast beef on a bun, cesaer salad, veggie trays, tomatoes, onions, pickles, olives, potatoe salad, and cake and squares. How much of this stuff do you think that I will need for the late night snack.
Use the regular plan for 100 tables, but only 4/5 the amounts.
Sorry but what does 4/5 the amount mean?
Hi, Betty, where the amount is given for 100 at dinner time, you would only need 4/5 (80%) of that amount for your midnight lunch. For example, if it called for 20 pounds, you would need 16 pounds.
