Cheesy Potatoes for grad party

I used 3 large chaving pans to make cheesy potaotes in the past, however I want to use my roaster this time. Would that be equivalent to a roaster full? I am expecting around a 100. I will be having lots of other food too!

No, you need two roasters to do this job.
