Hi I am going to be preparing a lunch for 50. One of the items I will be serving is a toss salad. I will be purchasing pre-mixed bags of salad. Will 7 lbs of salad mix be enough? I will be providing 3 types of salad dressing. Will 2 quarts of each be enough? Thank you so much for your help.

7 pounds is plenty, in fact 5 is enough unless they are main course salad. 2 quarts of each dressing is plenty, one should be lo-cal/ low fat.
