I am having a party with 20. I am planning on making linguini w/shrimp and artichoke hearts and chicken Marsala. Can I make the chicken Marsala ahead of time? Also if the recipe is for 6 do I triple it?

Yes you can make it ahead, and with the other entrees, double should be fine- make sure that there are at least 20 small pieces of chicken, 4-5 pounds.

If the linguine is not a stand alone entree, yes you would do triple.
