meatball subs for 50

I have been asked to shop for and plan a meatball sub lunch for 12/18. I will be shopping at Sam's club. Other than the subs we will only be serving chips. How many meatballs do I figure for each 6 inch sub? How much sauce do I need?

Go to the sandwich page and get 1/2 the amount for 100. Condiments are in detail.

Or get twice the amounts for the Hercules Hoagie (6 foot sub) on this page:


OOPS, you said meatball; You want about 6 meatballs per hoagie of the frozen meatball sort, about 1/2 cup sauce per sandwich. You also need cheese (about 6 pounds sliced) and lettuce and tomato as discussed on the condiment page.
