need help please
I need help. I have found numberious differnt recipes from different sites for 44 people, but the origional was for 1-8 servings, so i tried adjusting the amounts accrodenly but not that im trying to do cost im not sure i did this correctly. which is the best way form me to show you what i have, i have alot.
but now that im trying to do cost per plate, is what i ment to say, I think I have increased some items to much, Take the recipe below for example, and this is only one:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers (optional)
1/2 cup rice
1 (26 ounce) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 -2 teaspoon chili powder
serves 4 servings @ 355grams
this is what i assumed it should be for 44 people
Hamburger 11Lbs(ground chuck 80/20)
4 23 oz containers bread crumbs
Eggs 11
5 1/2 cup rice
286 oz tomato soup
1/4 cup mashed potatoes 88 oz-22 1/2 cups
Vitiam D whole Milk 8 oz each
fruit 4 oz each
I took off the recipe posts because they have you email address and you will be swamped with spam if they stay up.
