I need help, How many slabs of ribs are need for 160 ppl?, I am preparing ribs, Chicken, beef and rib tips. Potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw. Rolls and watermelon. I'm just not sure how much is needed. Chicken will be a whole chicken.

About 80 pounds with the other meats (it would be 1 pound per person stand alone), 20 chickens, 60 pounds beef. It sounds like a lot, but there is a lot of bone, and people eat heavily at this meal. All other items are covered in the various planning tables.
