Im having my daughter's 4th bday party, and this year we decided to have an ASIAN party. The only items I am willing to spend money on cater is the following:
-Egg Rolls
-Fried Rice
-Lo Mein
Im planning on making the white rice and also doing the Chicken Stir Fry myself at home. What would the recipe consist of for a party of 70 attendees?

This is an unusual choice for a 4 year birthday party, and I encourage you to broil some plain chicken legs for the picky eaters.
Kids under 10 count as 1/2 an adult. You want:
1 pound boneless chicken per 4
equal weight veggies
about 2/3 cup sauce/gravy per person
