Hello Ellen,

I am doing my own wedding food with a lot of help from family members.. We are planning for 200 people.. We are having boiled shrimp, Boston butt, and chicken wings(grooms choice)... How much of each do we need to buy???
We are also serving corn and potatoes with shrimp and green bean almondine(sp)... A green salad and pasta salad!!
Thank you!!

Ok, so this is basically a big shrimp boil with chicken wings for appetizers and Boston but as a back up meat. This will be an expensive party!

Boiled shrimp, corn and potatoes at least 1/2 pound raw shrimp, 1 corn, and 1/3 pound potatoes per person- and you could do more potatoes-

Boston Butt- bone in raw, 1 pound per 3

chicken wings- at least 1 pound raw per 3

green bean almondine(sp)25 pounds beans per 100, add-ins per your recipe; or do 3-4 times my better green bean casserole recipe at the top of big pots in the holiday cooking section

green salad- use plan for 100 table
pasta salad- 6 pounds dry pasta per 100
