Coed Bridal shower for 50
I am hosting a coed bridal showe for 50. This is the largest event I have ever hosted and I am not sure if the menu I have planned will be enough, and makes sense?
I have ordered a sub reath, i will be making chicken salad sandwiches, corn flaked potatos, roasted red pepper and cauliflower salad, cole slaw, potato chips, buffalo chicken dip, a veggie tray, a cheese and pepperoni tray, and a cake. Any suggestions?? Should I do a pasta salad also? I am nervous! How far in advance can i make the chicken salad? Any help would be great, thanks!

sub wreath, usually serves about 16
chicken salad sandwiches, 2 gallons salad, about 70 medium rolls, you will have some left
corn flaked potatoes, 20 pounds potatoes-abput 5 9x13
roasted red pepper and cauliflower salad, 10 pounds
cole slaw, 1 to 1 1/2 gallons
potato chips, 1 1/2 ounce per person
buffalo chicken dip, 1/4 cup per person
a veggie tray, 2 ounces veggies, 2-3 tablespoons Ranch per person
a cheese and pepperoni tray, 1 1/2 ounces each per person (1 pound per 10)
cake- 1 sheet cake or 1/2 2 layer sheet cake or 4 9x13..
