Vacation Bible School 1st night, Nacho's as a snack. I need to know how much chips and can nacho cheese to serve 50 adults and 75 children. 2nd night, Frito Pie as a snack. I need to know how much chips, can nacho cheese and can meat sauce to serve 50 adults and 75 children. |

Count as 100, assuming half the kids are 6th grade or less. nachos, get tortilla chips, 10 pounds. 3 #10 cans nacho cheese sauce. At least 3 quarts sliced jalapenos. Frito pie, same 10 pounds chips and cheese. Do my hot dog chili ahead and freeze for use- thaw in fridge- do recipe here for 100: www.ellenskitchen.com/forum/messages/43504.html |
