Wedding Reception for 100

Hello!
We are doing a 6:30 reception for 100 people and have calculated the following food and drink quantities. If you have any thoughts on our calculations, we'd love to hear. Thanks in advance for your help!

Menu

Pulled Pork: 1 lb uncooked pork per person
Pre-sliced hamburger buns: 125
BBQ Sauce: 2 gallons
Baked Beans: 5 cans (112 oz. each)
Potato Salad: 30 lbs.
Pretzels: 10 lbs.
Chips: 10 lbs.

Fruit Trays
Watermelon: 4-5 melons
Grapes: 15 lbs.
Cantaloupe: 5-6 melons
Strawberries: 15 lbs.

Veggies
Carrots: 5 lbs.
Cauliflower: 5 lbs.
Celery: 3 lbs.
Dill Pickles: 64 ounces

Drinks
Pop: 15-20 2 liters
Ice Tea: 4 Gallons
Lemonade: 4 Gallons

Dinner Plates: 120
Dinner Napkins: 150
Cake Plates: 120
Cake Napkins: 150
Cups: 400

Pre-sliced hamburger buns: 125- have 12 dozen
BBQ Sauce: 2 gallons- this needs 1 quart per 16 for the table, 1 quart per pound for the meat
Baked Beans: 5 cans (112 oz. each)- OK
Potato Salad: 30 lbs.- I would do double
Pretzels: 10 lbs. OK
Chips: 10 lbs. Have 15

Not enough, see the veggie tray page, I would add 5 pounds of grape or cherry tomatoes and 5 pounds mixed cauliflower and broccoli and have Ranch dip, 1/4 cup per person

Drinks
Pop: 15-20 2 liters
Ice Tea: 4 Gallons
Lemonade: 4 Gallons
have water and 6 gallons tea

Dinner Plates: 120- need 200
Dinner Napkins: 150- need 300
Cake Plates: 120-need 200
Cake Napkins: 150-need 200

Buy paper good where you can return unopened.
Cups: 400- OK

Ice 1 pound per person
